Major achievements in recent years (3 years):


#Total production of rice in FY 2021-22 through strengthening of expansion activities is 1.72 lakhs. Tons of which Ufsi Aush paddy production is 0.116 lakhs. Tons (of rice) and total food grains (rice+wheat+maize) production target of 1.55 lakh May. ton

# Training farmers/agriculturists on suitable modern technologies.

# Setting up exhibitions on the extension of modern varieties and technologies.

# Training extension workers on modern technologies.

# Providing advice to farmers/farmers on a regular basis to increase production and use of organic fertilizers.

# Strengthen monitoring activities at Balak and Upazila levels.
